That’s why we wanted to come up with some yummy snack options, with longevity and some creativity in mind. Enter freeze dried foods.

Freeze drying preserves 97% of the nutrients in the food, (to compare; canning is about 40% and dehydrating around 60%). And, if kept properly, can last for years in your cupboard.

When we created our salts we wanted to use the best, most mineral dense, salt we could find. Enter Celtic Sea Salt, it contains an array of minerals—calcium, copper, zinc, iron, potassium—active enzymes, micronutrients and ancient decomposed ocean flora and fauna. So we took that and added freeze dried organic vegetables and herbs, and “It’s a Salt Thing” was born!

Our Squares are made with local grass fed organic yogurt, organic fruits and local honey. They are a melt in your mouth guilt free treat!
