My name is Nathanael and my upmost purpose on this earth is to help men grow to heights they have always dreamed of.

Growing up in Kelowna in a large family with 5 brothers, sports, competition and being active came naturally and was a driving force in my life..

Finding football in Grade 10 forever changed my life and was exactly what I needed during my high school years.

I struggled a lot with the sport at first until I got so frustrated and angry with myself that it clicked. After that, I ended my high school career achieving both Top Linebacker and All Star Offensive lineman moving on to the CJFL to play with the Okanagan Sun.
Playing CJFL is where I started running into my limiting beliefs and these types of phrases became common place in my head:
”I’ll be good when I’m more senior”
”I’ll be a starter in my 4th year”
By the time I made it through these self imposed limitations, and “my time” arrived, I suffered a career ending injury that took me out of the game I loved so much.

Fast forward 2 Years. I am full into my new career as a personal trainer with 2 young children and (then) wife at home; all of whom I had to support.
Pressure and stress were building but I had to continue on even though getting my career off the ground was a huge challenge.

I ended up finding some big successes in my career (2 years being in the top 5% of personal trainers across Canada), and even with all that I started to recognize my own emotional wellbeing was suffering
I also started to notice that many clients who I trained previously for years were starting to fall back into old habits. Clients that had major successes stopped going to the gym all together and were back to old ways.

I couldn’t understand why, until I starting looking into my own mental and emotional health and discovered the massive limiting beliefs I had in my own life.

Somatic therapy was the first step in my own journey of reclaiming my life and it couldn’t have come at a better time.
Stress, depression, anxiety, and addictive behaviours (video games, phone, social media and porn) started to take a huge toll on my life and eventually lead to my divorce.
This was a new low. Lots of debt, no plan, broken marriage, and even more beat up mentally and emotionally. I felt like an absolute failure and completely worthless. The only thing that kept me going was my kids.
It wasn’t until I made the conscious choice that I wanted more for my life that things started to change.

The process was slow and painful, not easy for a guy that likes speed and efficiency.
After my time in Somatic Therapy, I started to discover the power of daily meditation, and wow that was life changing!
Less stress, more focus, less addictive behaviours, more presence, healthier digestive track, the list went on.
Daily gratitude was the next habit that completely revamped my life and helped me to make some massive changes.
Even with all that, I still felt like I was lacking in my life. So, after not being around football for years, I decided to go back playing in the local mens league and coaching young athletes at my former high school.

Looking back, those 3 daily and weekly habits was the exact combination I needed to make massive changes in my life. Within a year I was in a new job making way more money than I ever thought possible, bought a house with my 2 brothers and in the summer of 2019 met the love of my life, soulmate and now wife Emily.

Since that low in my life I have spent countless hours learning, reading, listening to and studying some of the most influential life coaches, neuroscientists, authors and researchers of our time.
Tony Robbins, Dr Joe Dispenza, Jay Shetty, Ed Mylett, Dean Graziosi, Chase Hughes and Brenee Brown to name a few. I’ve made it my mission to find any and all impactful information, tools or techniques I can find to make a difference in the lives of others; to help them move through some of the painful emotional and mental struggles people can face.

Why?
Because I’ve been there and seen first hand the damage that can take its toll when we don’t have purpose and the years of wasted life going unto aimless video games, porn, phone, TV or watching sports.
I truly believe these lows and hardships are actually blessings and lessons in disguise. Just as my football injury, going into large debt (twice!), kids at a young age, and my divorce. The only thing that stops us from seeing these challenges as potential lessons and blessings is our current mindset and our past beliefs.

And thats where I step in!

This is the realm I love to work in. Guiding men through conversation to work on their mindset daily (as science shows us that we can shape and mold this) and discover the negative beliefs they have in place. Breaking these beliefs and changing these mindsets for good is where all of us can make massive changes quickly and transform our lives into the best versions of ourselves.

I truly believe we can overcome any situation or scenario we are in, and that we have the power within ourselves to change our lives. I encourage you to reach out to see what is truly possible in your life.
