My name is Nathanael, and my purpose is to help men grow into the versions of themselves they’ve always known were possible.

I grew up in Kelowna in a large family with five brothers, where competition, sports, and being active were simply part of life. Football entered my world in Grade 10 and quickly became a turning point. It gave me structure, discipline, and direction during my high school years. I struggled early on, until frustration forced a breakthrough. By the end of my career, I earned Top Linebacker and All-Star Offensive Lineman honors and moved on to play in the CJFL with the Okanagan Sun.

That’s where my limiting beliefs really showed up. Thoughts like “I’ll be good when I’m more senior” and “My time will come later” kept me stuck. By the time I finally broke through those mental barriers, I suffered a career-ending injury that took me out of the game I loved.

Two years later, I was building a new life as a personal trainer, supporting two young children and my then-wife. The pressure was intense. While I found external success — finishing in the top 5% of personal trainers in Canada for two years — internally, I was struggling. My emotional wellbeing was deteriorating, and I noticed the same pattern in my clients: massive progress followed by regression and burnout.

The answer wasn’t physical — it was mental and emotional.

Somatic therapy became the first major step in reclaiming my life. Years of stress, anxiety, depression, and addictive behaviors had taken their toll and ultimately led to my divorce. I hit a new low: deep debt, a broken marriage, no clear direction, and a crushed sense of self-worth. My kids were the only thing keeping me moving forward. Eventually, I made a conscious decision that I wanted more from my life — and that’s when everything began to change.

The process was slow and uncomfortable. Through therapy, daily meditation, and consistent gratitude practices, my life began to stabilize and then transform. Stress decreased, focus improved, addictions lost their grip, and I became more present — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Returning to football through a local men’s league and coaching at my former high school completed the missing piece.

Those habits changed everything. Within a year, I transitioned into a new career earning more than I ever thought possible, bought a house with my brothers, and met my soulmate — now my wife, Emily.

Since that turning point, I’ve dedicated my life to learning and studying personal growth, neuroscience, emotional health, and human behavior from leaders like Tony Robbins, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Brené Brown, Jay Shetty, Ed Mylett, and many others. My mission is simple: to help men break free from limiting beliefs, reclaim purpose, and stop numbing their lives away through distractions like porn, gaming, social media, and mindless consumption.

I believe our hardest moments are often our greatest teachers. Injury, debt, early responsibility, divorce — these weren’t punishments, they were lessons. The only thing that determines whether hardship becomes a setback or a breakthrough is mindset.

That’s where I come in.

I guide men through meaningful conversations, daily mindset work, and belief rewiring — using science-backed tools — to help them create lasting change. When we identify and break negative belief patterns, transformation doesn’t take decades. It can happen now.

I believe we all have the power to change our lives, no matter our circumstances. If you’re ready to explore what’s truly possible for you, I invite you to reach out.
