What I do
All of the work I do starts with understanding and creating a clear goal or direction and building a specific action plan.
This is completely client lead as my goal is to help you build the best version of yourself, whatever that looks like!
We look at addressing the Human Master System, which is what controls every and all decisions and choices we make. This system is made up of 5 components; Mindset, Questions we ask ourselves, Values, Beliefs and References. This is where we spend time addressing limiting or negative beliefs and creating new ones to replace them.
Lastly, we look at subconscious programming and how to reprogram our old patterns into new patterns that support our new goals, using the power of visualization
For athletes looking to enhance performance, we will address personal states of mind and the power energy has on a team. We look to train the subconscious mind to address limiting beliefs and perform at the highest level possible. This is all accomplished through a range of coaching techniques like Neuro- associative conditioning (NAC), Neuro- linguistic programming (NLP), visualization, habit creation, adversity therapy and yes, fitness!
Sessions can be on a weekly, bi-weekly or at the very minimum monthly bases.

Take 10 minutes, sit with your breath and feel where you are in space. Allowing your mind to take a break from the day to day popcorn thoughts that can plague us all.
Doing this brings you out of your sympathetic nervous system and allows your parasympathetic nervous system a chance to take over.
